This routine can be used to create the "old" climatology
used to force hycom with. It creates 12-monthly atmospheric 
forcing climatologies.

Data files are found under Data.

This version has been modified to read grid sizes from input
files (regional files and if not present old depths and 
newpos/latlon.dat files)


The use of this is discouraged, the data sets used are from 1992 or thereabout.
