hyc2bastrf:
   Routine calculates barotropic stream function from 
   the barotropic velocity components. If you supply 
   More than one file, the average barotropic 
   streamfunction is calculated 

   If several files are given, the average stream function is calculated
   Usage: hyc2bastrf [file(s)]

   Requires the regional.grid + regional.depth files to be present
   (can also read other older topo/grid)

   Uses the library routines in libhycnersc.a
